Tracy crafted her skills with Moses Cone Health Care Systems, GMAC Insurance, and as Vice President of Global HR for Furniture Values International, LLC, in Phoenix, Arizona, where she was responsible for all human resource functions for both U.S. and international (China and Vietnam) business operations. She also previously served as an instructor at Guilford Technical Community College in the areas of supervision, management, and human resources. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development, International Coach Federation, and National Career Development Association.
